Each day presents itself to us fresh, open, hopeful and waiting for us to live through it making the best of the time. The full 1.440 minutes of it. Think of the possibilities -- when the day is over you might want to take a journal page and write what impressed you or how the precious moments felt for you. Did you have a special time with a loved one, did something good or irritating happen at work today? What meals did you eat that would evoke a memory for you?
There are so many moments in your day that your mind holds onto for later memories. Writing them down, even is a one line sentence, will help recall them later on. Take the time each night and jot down how your day went and anything special that you want to keep in your heart. Your memories are what you're made of -- the essence of who you are. Enjoy them and keep them fresh either in your mind, heart, on paper or on audio or computer.
